Is your jade real?
Yes. We work with natural jadeite and nephrite jade depending on the design. Each piece is selected for colour, texture, and overall visual character. Transparency about materials is important to us.
Where is your jade sourced?
Our jade is sourced through established suppliers in Myanmar and China, with many pieces crafted in Zhenping, Henan, a region widely known for jade carving and jewellery craftsmanship.
Can jade be worn every day?
Yes. Jade is a tough gemstone suitable for daily wear. Like all fine jewellery, it should be protected from strong impact or harsh chemicals, but everyday use is completely normal.
Is jade suitable for gifting?
Very much so. Jade has longstanding associations with protection, prosperity, and balance, making it a meaningful gift across many cultures.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery within the United States via UPS or FedEx typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States with no minimum spend required.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at info@rujiajewelry.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order via our Order Tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@rujiajewelry.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order may already be processed.
