Step 2: If you have a RuJia Jewelry account, log in and visit your Order History page to view tracking details for all your orders.

Step 3: You can also track your order directly on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Shipping Information

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping within the United States takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Carriers: We ship via (2/2) UPS or FedEx.
- Free Shipping: All US orders include free standard shipping with no minimum spend required.
